I can't tell you just how annoying this was to do.
It was supposed to be a drawing of the human form of one of my werebeasts (I'll hopefully come up with a better drawing soon) but I failed terribly (as is often the case in my drawing people) and she looks nothing like she's supposed to.

And in addition to that, nearly half of a brand new pen was sacrificed for all that HAIR. The hair shown is probably a quarter of the amount of hair actually drawn. The picture itself is quite large, outside my size-comfort zone, so only part of it fit on the scanner and it was further cropped from there.

Got to keep practicing. :|

I don't think it's bad at all. While it may not have come out like you intended, it does look nice! :)

But you're right-- practice, practice, practice! It's what we all have to do, right?

Hmm. Even if she doesnt look how she was meant to.. She's still very beautiful. I really LIKE the hair, and her eyes are just lovely!

I think it turned out very pretty. I love your effects. Plus, it's way better than what I can draw. Seriously, it's really good.

yeah i'll say this is a failure.

failure to SUCK.
but, we scrutinize our own artwork as much as we appreciate it-- more than anybody else does. because they don't care enough to tell the truth. is that what you... think?

THIS IS AWESOME. IT PISSES ME OFF TO READ THE DESCRIPTION. so i'll just keep looking at that hair...

I really like all the texture and shading on the hair. The lips and eyes turned out especially nice, as well.
